What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns and/or exchanges within 7 days of delivery of your items. If you ever have a problem with an order from Back Creek Gifts, please contact us immediately to discuss options.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will email you with your tracking number. You can then track your order on USPS.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! Contact us with what you're looking to have made and we'll let you know what we can do. We've created custom pieces for a variety of occasions, events and for unique gifts.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only process orders within the United States. If you're an international customer, please contact us for a custom quote to ship our products to you.
